SHORT WORKPLACE MINDFULNESS BREAKS
Short 15 mins breaks
I offer regular workplace mindfulness breaks based on key components of the standard 8 week MBCT course.
At present I offer weekly 15 minute mindfulness breaks. For example, these can be booked once a week for 12 weeks.
These are helpful for staff to get a taste of a mindfulness practice at work as well as helping keep momentum up after an 8 week course.

FINDING PEACE IN A FRANTIC WORLD
8 week course
The 8-week Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World course is based on the standard Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses.
It aims to reduce stress, anxiety and unhappiness, as well as to promote wellbeing and flourishing.

The course comprises of 8 x 1 hour sessions.
